  • ✖ Mecha, Old people, Sex (Intercourse stuff), Animals, Furries, Hate Art, Gore, Extreme Violence and Fetish.

  • Background is a SEPARATE COST.

  • Anything that is not listed, please ask.

Payments must be made in FULL before I start the commission. Please be sure to have all required funds for your commission or the commission will be declined.If you have a deadline that needs to be met, please let me know beforehand to confirm if I can meet it.No refunds, but feel free to ask for revisions.I will send you WIP (work in progress) sketches for you to approve before I move on to finalizing the lineart and coloring step.I will not continue the work until the sketches are approved, so if you take longer than 24 hours to approve the sketch, please understand that my completion time will also take longer.If the commission is cancelled after the sketch phase has been completed, 50% of the original agreed amount will be charged/refunded.I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore, I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself within any place or website.
- Publish artbooks/etc with using the piece.
- To display or post it where I like.WITHOUT commercial purchase, the CLIENT is allowed to:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use
- Print the art for themself, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.PRIVATE COMMISSIONS are a 50% extra fee.Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale. You may pay to have rights of the design for commercial use and resale. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork.Commercial Fees:BASIC: 2x price for artwork that is used as game assets, promotional uses, song covers etc (eg: emote costs: $40 —> $40 x 2 = $80; $80 + $40 = total $120)FULL: 3x price for artwork that will be sold as merchandise ex: pillows, prints, keychains, etc (eg: emote costs: $40 —> $40 x 3 = $120; $120 + $40 = total $160)Do not redistribute my work on any site without my permission and without crediting me.

  • I reserve the right to decline or request removal of any commission that I see fit or not in compliance with my terms.

  • If you redistribute the commissioned works without paying the release fees/royalty agreement, I reserve the right to decline future commissions.

  • By commissioning me, you agree to all terms of service.
